Welcome
In February 2024, KAIROS PHYSIO Studio was born out of a passion to help people not just recover, but thrive. After years of dreaming, Joshua, a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist and strength and conditioning specialist, built the clinic from scratch—literally. From navigating construction permits to designing every inch of the space, KAIROS PHYSIO became a reality on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Today, KAIROS PHYSIO grows thanks to word-of-mouth referrals and meaningful relationships, all while staying true to its mission of providing the highest level of care in a warm, welcoming environment.
