All evaluation and follow-up sessions are designed to be one hour long and will be conducted exclusively with your performance physical therapist. This one-on-one approach ensures personalized attention and focused care tailored to your unique needs. We look forward to providing you with dedicated and effective sessions.

While we are an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept health insurance, we do facilitate the reimbursement process for our clients.
We provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for out-of-network benefits, and we gladly accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal service for all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within the 24-hour window, a charge equivalent to the session fee will be applied.

Nope! Referrals are not needed to begin treatment. However, in New York State, the treatment is limited to 10 sessions or 30 days per episode, whichever comes first.
