  • All evaluation and follow-up sessions are designed to be one hour long and will be conducted exclusively with your performance physical therapist. This one-on-one approach ensures personalized attention and focused care tailored to your unique needs. We look forward to providing you with dedicated and effective sessions.

  • While we are an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept health insurance, we do facilitate the reimbursement process for our clients.

    We provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for out-of-network benefits, and we gladly accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

  • To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal service for all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

    If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within the 24-hour window, a charge equivalent to the session fee will be applied.
